Work in Progress : An exhibition of young artists

Calling all young and emerging artists to enter a work for the upcoming exhibition ‘Work in Progress.’ This exhibition, which has been conceptualised and is curated by Anthea Pokroy; Candice Hirson and Louise Ross, looks at the idea of the emerging artist as a 'work in progress.'

The exhibition will be held at 105A Heather Rd, Athol on the 24^th of September and is a site specific one-night only event.

The Criteria for entry are as follows:

· Artists may enter individual or group works

· Artists may enter up to 3 works

· Any medium

· Any size

· Entry must be made through an email to one of the following addresses: louweeza@gmail.com; antheapokroy@gmail.com; hirsonc@gmail.com

· Entry must consist of a photograph, still frame or proposal

· Artists must include a description of their work, artist’s statement and price

· A fee of R20 must be paid when the work is delivered

· The Artist is responsible for getting their work to the exhibition space, if however you are having a problem with this then please speak to Louise, Candice or Anthea

· If equipment is required the artist must supply it

· All entries must be submitted by the 7^th of September

· All work must be delivered to the above address on the 23^rd of September between 10:00-14:00.
